Faberge Reunion - Final Instructions
This is the Silver Reunion of "The Yellow Perils". Any absenteeism is voluntary and no excuses can be made for those not present with the sad exceptions of Dorothy Selby-Boothroyd and Rose-Anne Clinton. Scrutineering; This will take place from time of arrival of Attendees and their partners/spouses and will allow for catching up on 25 years history! Note some entrants are starting early on Friday and will not depart until Monday all others stay as long as you want or can! Dont forget that the hotel has leisure facilities so you may want to bring your costume! Signing-on: 19.00 sharp Barton Room Atrium Bar area. Mandatory for all Attendees for distribution of name badges (for the purposes of identification these will include current and previous surnames), filling the notice board with photos, memorabilia and display of overalls, dungarees and assorted regalia additional points will be scored if you can still get into the clothing! However you dont have to wear it at the Reunion! Table plan will be displayed on notice board. Pre-Dinner Drinks: 19.15 on a cash basis from The Barton Room Atrium Bar area Attire: Smart Casual (Jacket and Tie for Gentlemen please) but helmets may be required if proceedings get out of hand. Beware, a senior official in the local constabulary will be in attendance with hand-cuffs! Rally Reunion Dinner: 20.00 served in The Barton Room. Welcome by John Taylor. Dinner will be served with a choice of red or white wine the quota being 4 bottles per table. Any other refreshments will be chargeable to individual guests. Initial seating via established table plan then after dessert, its a free for all. If you need reminding of your menu choice look under your place name! Graham Robson will say a few words and toast our absent friends. Music will be supplied by CD player bring your own music. Dont forget your camera! Additional Supplementary Regulations Penalties: There will be no penalties for late finishers OTL will be extended until the last person has collapsed. Finance: Everyone is responsible for their own hotel accounts. The following items are included: Overnight accommodation, English Breakfast, Three course Reunion Dinner with coffee, 4 bottles of wine per table, room hire, microphone hire, table arrangements, menus. Please pay telephone calls, additional drinks and extras before departure. Results: Official recordings of the occasion will be posted on the official Ford Faberge Fiesta website at www.foxcraft.co.uk. Remember we are upholding the tradition of 25 years of good behaviour in front of the camera at least! "Auntie" wont like it if we misbehave!
